When will I receive my Personalized Health Plan?
You will receive your personalized health plan within 1-7 business days after your appointment based on the nature of the individual’s needs.
The Doctor recommended some supplements to incorporate in my diet. How do I go about ordering them?
As of currently, our supplements are derived from a few different areas. Either Fullscript (an online pharmacy) or our office directly. Our office staff will link your specific recommendations to your email from Fullscript or ship to you directly.
When can I expect links to the recommended supplements specifically curated for my health plan?
Please allow 1– 2 business days after receiving your health plan for our support staff to curate the personalized links. You will be email notified from Fullscript or directly from our office staff once your links are accessible.
What is Fullscript, and why am I receiving personalized prescriptions from this site?
Fullscript is a high quality, online pharmacy where the doctor and our staff can send you direct links to products listed on your health plan. Please review the welcome email and sign up for access.
Why are suggested supplements being linked to me from multiple areas?
Our suggested supplements are not always a one-stop shop. We carry a wide variety of quality assured products through Shine Natural Medicine. However, there are also products we recommend that we do not carry. We understand convenience, but also want to make sure we are linking you the highest quality supplementation possible. It is common to receive supplements from various sources for this reason.
The Doctor recommended some Lab work to be done. How do I go about starting this process?
After your health plan has been submitted by the doctor, our support staff will reach out to you to review with you between 2-4 business days following your appointment. If you receive your health plan prior to speaking with our staff and want to move forward sooner, no need to wait! Give us a call at (858) 480-5024 or reach out via email, and we will happily assist you with any questions that you may have.
How do I get my blood drawn if I am an out-of-state, or area patient?
After you approve which recommended tests to move forward with, we will email you a link to input your zip code and find blood draw centers close to you. You will then need to call and set up an appointment. During that time, we will create a lab requisition for your specific testing. Once you have paid the invoice from the lab, a kit will be mailed to your home. Please bring this kit along with you to the blood draw appointment for the phlebotomist to accurately test you. *See following question for next steps.
What do I do now that I’ve had my blood drawn out of the area?
Give us a call to set up your follow-up appointment to go over the lab results. We are looking forward to you receiving your results!
Dr. Noel recommends some IV therapy and/ or Vitamin Shots.
How much does this cost?
Each individual has their own vitamin formula based on their nutritional needs. Our IV therapy ranges from $169 + up. Vitamin shots vary from $35 + up. Since IVs and shots are based on the individual’s specific formula. Prices are subject to change*
What if I have a question after my appointment?
Please feel free to give us a call or email our staff. If your question exceeds the expertise of our support staff or should be addressed with the Doctor (as our staff is not legally able to answer some inquiries), we will happily set you up with a 15 min appointment to have the Doctor answer your questions.
I need my blood drawn for retesting, how should I go about doing so?
It is common to retest for certain labs. Give us a call at (858) 480-5024 or email us and we would be happy to set this up for you.
How long should I expect my RX prescription to be ready?
